Merry Christmas!! Sorry if the card isn’t working for you!! This is some new technology and it may not work with every phone.

First, make sure that you click to allow the website to access to your camera! The camera is used to find the art and display it in your own personal space.

If you are having trouble because your camera is zooming in too much, try this:

In your browser settings ensure that “Force Enable Zoom” is NOT activated. It may also be called “control the zoom on webpages” again, make sure it is NOT active.

If you can’t get the piece to appear, but the words disappear like something is happening, you may just need to hold your camera steady for a few more seconds so the artwork can load.

Remember, you can move your camera around to inspect and look at the video more closely! Love to you all!!
